Is there any screw driver thats smaller then the one found in an eyeglass repair kit?
I need a screw driver to open up my LG8500 Chocolate cell phone. But the one i found in an eye glass repair kit seems to be too big. This screw driver is really small, but is there one smaller thats just a little bit more hard to find?

many times you may find these items at your local Menard's/Lowes/Home Depot.
Other times, you may find the Jewelry shop can be generous with their time. They will help you because they are trying to recruit customers.
But the most obvious answer to me, take it to your phone provider's store.

can I screw in the wall not in studd, with electric screw driver?
I want to screw the curtain rod on the wall, and I am so frustrated. the screw does not go in. can I use electric screw driver? and does electric screw driver work even when it is not on studd?
what kind of screw driver for light duty work is good?

First, the typical window will have stud backing. The center of the stud will be 1 1/4' from the inside of the drywall.
One of the problems is that sometimes the screws provided are not long enough to even know if backing is there or not. To go through 1/2" drywall and 1" into the stud backing, the screw must be 1 1/2" long.
Next, get rid of the straight screws they provided you and buy 1 1/2" phillips screws at your local hardware store. Make sure to buy the same size shank as the ones provided. These won't slip near as much.
I would suggest a battery operated 12 volt screw gun for normal household use. There are many to choose from at the hardware store.
Now, if for some reason there is no backing in the wall, then a different attachment will be necessary. The hardware store has a variety from inserting a small plastic anchor in the wall to screw into to a plastic wall anchor that screws in for the screw to screw into that.
