what is the Saturday morning cartoon?

The one with the miniature boy flying the mini helicopter/transformer?
His helicopter was shaped kind of like a shoe, red/white, I think it was the Z-something?
I can't remember the name of the show for the life of me.

And one of the characters may have been named Jorge... maybe.

The name of that television Show is George Shrinks, so yes you were close, and i think the name of the helicopter/car thing is Zooper car. It is about a boy named George, who is only like 5 inches tall, and problems he has to solve with his friends.

Yalikavak is also perfect for sailors as it is home to the famous Yalikavak Yacht Marina, also called Port Bodrum Yalikavak Marina Plus. Yalikavak marina has mooring capacity of 450 boats. It has a sailing school, mini golf, beach volley, beach club, fitness centre, spa, shopping mall, clinic, shops, duty free shop, helicopter and fuel station. This marina also holds the Second Hand Yacht Fair every year.

The quality of the residential area is higher than majority of the other sections in Bodrum, however Bodrum has properties for every budget. The property prices vary from £25,000 to £200,000 for flats and the prices are between £40,000 and £1,500,000 for detached villas. Yalikavak has a large number of developers building in the area, and local developers offer competitive prices.
