Male Female How do I balance my male/female energy appropriately?
I'm interested in balancing my male/female energies so that I can be happy. How do I do this the right way? I'm a male and obviously have too much male in me and feel unbalanced like female is missing so I reach out to find this missing link in a female but still not finding right one to make me happy. So now need to balance the male/female within. Has anyone succeeded at this? They say once you balance the male/female inside you, then you are happy and peaceful.
There is no 'right' way. There are a number of ways to balance your male/female or yin/yang energies - you just have to figure out which one is the right one for you. You may try meditation, yoga, Bach or other flower remedies, acupuncture etc.
Personally, I have found that a combination of all the above with introspection, essential oils, crystals and prayer works best for me. I have recently discovered that my 'blockage' had its roots in my identification with my parents, so I've written this de-identification prayer which I meditate on as often as I can. If this will help you I don't know, but if it resonates with your heart as you read on, perhaps you can write your own and meditate on it.
In short, I call upon my mom's Higher Self and I visualise her approaching with a smile (she's still alive, by the way). I thank her for the love she's given me and the fact that she brought me to life, acknowledge her as respectable and responsible being for her own life, saying that she has done the best she could for me in view of the way she was brought up and taught by her own parents. Then, I tell her that I wish to de-identify myself from her so that I can move on and develop in my life and so that she can do the same. This part of the prayer is the same for my dad's part.
Then, I tell her that I keep the most important part of her, her love, which helps me grow my own roots and develop like a strong and independent tree, feeling secure and autonomous in my life, my home, my space, my work and living harmoniously and in a balanced manner.
I acknowledge that the female side of me is the creator of my goals and shows me what has meaning and heart for me. Then I set my goals (this part is personal, so you can just write whatever goals you have, in order of importance. Just try to avoid any 'negative' words when writing this part. For instance, if you want to say "I don't want to be ill again" phrase it as "I want to be healthy".)
Then, I repeat the process with my dad, but after the common introduction, I say that my male side connects me to my direction and my purpose, helps me maintain good relationships with society and authority, helps me handle different forms of authority, assert myself while setting my limits lovingly and connects me to the Light and enlightenment. My male side is also giving me a perfect neurological system, psychological health, perfect brain function, healthy hair, teeth and nails. Through my male side I have strong will and take action to achieve my goals and connect with leader skills.
Then, I take a few seconds and when I feel ready I say that my female and male side are equal.
Remember, you're not less of a man when you acknowledge that you have female energy sustaining you. Everything contains yin and yang energy - even batteries! They wouldn't work without their + and - ends, would they? It's simply that we were brought up to believe (for centuries now) that men had to 'act' and women had to 'feel' that we're all out of tune. Thankfully, a lot of us are awakening now and trying to find this balance in ourselves. Then maybe in the future everyone will be free to be who they are, not their gender.

How are the male/female urinary tract different from one another? Why is it that women are more prone to urin?
Contrary to popular belief, urine normally has no bacteria in it – the movement of urine down the urinary tract is one reason the kidneys & bladder tend to be free of infection. How are the male/female urinary tract different from one another? Why is it that women are more prone to urinary tract infections that men?
The male urethra runs thru the shaft of the penis and sits well away from the rectum. As most UTIs are caused by a bacteria commonly found in stool, the men have extra protection from such because their urethra (the tube that comes from the bladder to the outside) is positioned well away from the anus AND the length that bacteria would have to travel up the urethra is far longer than that of a female's. Also, men are not required to wipe every time they urinate.
In contrast, women's urethras sit very close to the anus and have a very short urethra. The motion of using toilet paper exposes one site to the other, which is why medical professionals advise wiping front to back.
I suppose on a purely scientific level, neither gender will be too important as technology advances. If we can make sperm, we can make eggs, hell we could probaly just clone and accelerate the birthing process. I guess scientifically we'll all eventually be obsolete but we're about more than that. We're about more than just advancing our species. That's all viruses care about. The human race is not a virus. (certainly, some might disagree)
Reality repeats itself on all levels kind of like a fractal or a hologram. It is naive to assign certain personality traits exclusively to one gender. We're all more complex than that. You contain the very qualities you despise in men. I contain the very qualities I admire in women.
Gender extinction is not very realistic. Gender equality is.
You ask what men offer women and what women offer men and well I think it's the same externally and internally. Meaning if you could draw a map of a healthy person and a healthy culture, they'd look very similar.
I like using symbolism and I was recently reading an interview with a writer named Alan Moore and he was comparing writing to the four magical weapons used in tarot and other mystical stuff. (new age-y I know but bear with me here.) Anyway, the four weapons are the sword, the coin, the cup, and the wand. The sword was rational thought, or the ability to be discerning and the coin was being grounded in the earth or reality. The other two symbols were male and female symbols. The wand for male which stood for the will (kinda phallic I know) and the cup for female which stood for compassion. The will was that striving for something more than what you needed. The negative emotions you ascribe to men are bad emotions or behaviour if they have no substance. I think compassion provides the substance for things. Aggression tempered with compassion can accomplish many things. Strong will is important as well. Great things can be accomplished with both. I think a strong person will have both of these qualities. I think a strong civilation should have both. Our male qualities push us onward to great heights while our female qualities keep us from becoming monsters. I think this is why gender equality is in fact so important. We have to stop being monsters. Cruelty can be male or female and I think if our world was in balance our people would be as well. We need each other.
I think your way puts things out of balance in the other direction. Would the elimination of men eliminate our drive and our will? Maybe. I think I look at this from a more spiritual perspective. I don't think our civilization can be healthy without both genders. There are definitely differences between our genders but I think we need each other inside and out. Your way is to cold and clinical, Esther. It lacks compassion and hope.
I don't think you should stop fighting for your gender, but I do think you should consider your end result. Your essays are good at grabbing people's attention and hopefully you made people consider their positions and actually think about this, but you're also pissing a lot of people off. It's possible you are causing more harm than good.
The only thing that can determine the sex of your baby is the mans sperm. It has nothing to do with what the woman ate while trying to get pregnant, or even the man for that matter. It has to do with the fastest swimmer getting to the egg first!!! Either way you look at it though, its a 50/50 shot!
I agree those boys were definitely wronged about raping that little girl. There is no excuse in our world for that but i dont agree with you saying that when they go to prison they will get rape too. How can you expect someone to learn if they turn and become a victim themselves. Heck you will make them more of a salvage that way. This is a bad look on any community right here
