What kind of CPU cooling fan should I get?

I have a cheepy little CPU cooler that I picked up without really looking at it when the clips broke off my old CPU cooler.
We recently moved and now my living space can get pretty hot. The CPU Temp is about 38 C when idle, bet when I rev it up to play games it can get over 60 C (way Way too Hot).

I have a P4 with Hyper Threading on an LGA 775 Socket (old board I know, but it still works great).

I don't really care how quiet it is because the original CPU fan I bought to go with it sounded like a jet engine but it cooled it no problem.

I just need it to keep the CPU below the 50 C range.

Its for socet 775s, has a small footprint, Its like a small radiator with copper piping to help disipate the heat. It also has a fan that mounts to one side and blows the heat right into your back of case fan creating the perfect airflow. I also would go with the Artic Silver 5 paste.

What do you think would happen if the world became dependent on a non-petroleum energy source?

Say, hyper solar power, or magnetic energy or something, to fuel engines and machinery? Do you think the US would still be in Iraq and the middle east killing and destroying with no oil issues on the leader's agenda?

I hope we are able to find out what it will be like to be off fossil fuels! Every time we fill our fuel tanks we are supporting some of the people who want to kill us!

Would we be in Iraq and the Middle east? Good question! If we had never been Dependant on oil the mid east would still be poor and living in tents. Since we made them rich with our demand for oil they are attacking us, and we are fighting back.

Dwight D. Eisenhower dreamed of Nuclear energy powering everything and being too cheap to meter. If we hadn't of been so afraid of nuclear accidents, we may have never needed mid east oil.
