Heli Indoor Helicopter

I am looking to buy an indoor rc helicopter?

I am choosing between the Havoc Heli and the silver bullet rc helicopter. Both are the same price, which is the better buy? Considering durability, ease, of flight, etc...

This is a very hard topic. I have bought the havoc heli and i loved it. It still works and i bought it last year. The only problem is that you HAVE to be EXTREMELY careful. These are very fragile. I have had a few run-ins with the ceiling fan and was relieved it worked. I would recommend the Havoc Heli because I have owned and used one for a year.

Best indoor RC helicopter and durable outdoor RC airplane?

My wife wants an RC airplane more than anything. I bought her a cheap one last year, and she crashed it on it's first flight and it tore to shreds (due to some light wind). I got it replaced, but she's now afraid to take it out even in the slightest of wind.

So, I would like to get her an indoor RC helicopter (for beginners - it has to be pretty stable and be able to take a few crashes while learning, mind you) AND an RC airplane for the outdoor - one that is much more durable, and maybe can fly in a small amount of wind.

I've been looking at Air Hogs vehicles (such as the Havoc Heli), and they look durable and great, but there's so many to choose from, I need some help chosing. Or, if there is a differnet company/vehicle that you would recommend. I am buying her one of each so she can go outside, but stay in if it's too windy...

If you really want to get serious try a gas outdoor plane. This would be the Hobbico NexStar Select ARF/RTF gas airplane. It has a lot of features making it perfect for beginners. It also has built in flight-stabilization so if you get out of control, simply let go of the controls and it will fly itself straight until you regain control of the system.

If you want to go on electric, try the ParkZone Slo-V. It is an excellent craft and flies very slow. It is electric. You should also get a converter allowing you to charge it AC style (indoors). You may also want to purchase another battery.

This is out of what you asked for, but the ParkZone Vapor rocks!! It has extra flimsy wings, and it has to be absolutely still to fly, but it's easy to fly, take off, land, and easy to do amazing tricks. It is an all around great plane. Dad and I love it. They also say it can be flown indoors. (As of now, flying indoors is more for our neighbor-an expert RC pilot then perhaps us) But you just need to get comfortable with it.

I am not that experienced with helicopters. I would suggest any Havoc Heli though. Sorry I could not provide you with more here though!
