just how does one put a towing wire harness on a subaru ?

I'm looking for a harness that's made to help strengthen the back and shoulders. Have you seen one?
I've read about it a book and I know I've seen one in a magazine a few years ago. It is supposed to help strengthen the areas of the back and shoulders just by wearing it during normal activities.
It isn't a brace, it's a harness. You can add weights to it on the front and back. The first place I read about it was a Tamora Peirce series called "The Protector of the Small". IT was used to help them build muscle and get used to carrying extra weight so when they got chain mail and plate armor on they would be strong enough to keep going.
Yes -- It's called an Athletic Bra the perfect harness for anything loose that might jiggle you to death !!!
