Gear Retract

landing gear cannot retract?
what will happen to aircraft if landing gear is not retrract because of safety pin are not removed..wether the aircraft have to turn back to the take off airport or the aircaft can continue its flght to its destination..its there any regulation related to this problem...help me please...
Aircraft with retractable landing gear have a VLE speed. This is the maximum allowed speed with the landing gear extended. As a pilot I can tell you that this would be no reason to declare an emergency, however most likely cause the PIC to return to the departure airport to fix the problem. An aircraft flies just fine with the gear extended. VLE and fuel burn make this impractical however.
Dave ATC does not make this type of decision, the PIC does.
Most likely it would be far from practical to continue flight at a much lower speed than planned (VLE). In addition fuel burn with the gear extended would increase and most likely be a an unknown.
Here is an example that caused an airliner to crash from fuel starvation. The pins were not removed, the aircraft continued to their destination and crashed short of the destination runway. Criminal charges were filed against the pilots.

Most likely each airline/charter operator will have its own regulations dealing with this type of emergency. Once published in their FAA manuals it becomes a regulation.
This is in addition to procedures outlined for this type of scenario in the manufacturers manual.
Hope this helps.

Flight Simulator Trouble?
The flaps, slats, gears, brakes are all retracted on autopilot
Why is it always that my planes nose is pointing up around 10degrees at my assigned altitude?
Excessive nose-up pitch in level flight (no altitude change) usually means one or more of the following:
1. Low speed.
2. High aircraft weight.
3. Excessively high altitude.
4. Center of gravity near edge of flight envelope or outside it.
Verify that your aircraft did not depart overweight. Verify that the center of gravity is within the allowed range for the aircraft (more of an issue on small aircraft than large ones). Make sure that you are well below the service ceiling for the aircraft. Check your speed.
At typical cruise altitudes, speeds, and loads, airliners will often fly with 2-4 degrees nose-up pitch—but not ten degrees. A slight nose-up pitch is fuel-efficient. At the maximum speed for conditions, the aircraft will generally be level, but this consumes a lot of fuel, so most airliners do not fly at maximum speed.
Check the trim being applied by the AP. If it is excessive, you have one of the problems above, and you risk a stall if the situation worsens. A stall will usually result in AP-induced oscillations; disengage the AP in this case, and hand fly back to level flight with as close to neutral trim as you can get.
If you are not flying with the FMS, remember to continually adjust your climb parameters (on the AP if using that, or by hand if flying by hand) to make sure that the climb becomes more gentle with altitude. Aircraft cannot maintain the same climb rates at 30,000 feet that they can maintain at sea level.

1.Mark got VNE part right so..
2.Gear question? I have had all the above …. If it is stuck down, you may chose to continue. In a light twin, if you loose an engine with the gear down, you may NOT have the ability to maintain level flight so that is another point if you consider flying to some other airport. Also, your cruise performance and fuel consumption are compromised AND, you almost certainly have a maximum speed with the gear extended. If the gear is stuck in transit, you just don’t know where it is until you perform the emergency extension. It will likely come down then and you may still get green indicators. Two out of 3 green? Well, switch indicator bulbs. If that doesn’t help ask the tower (if there is one) what they look like. If one main is really UP … put the other one up too. If the nose is up and the mains down – leave ‘em down. Oh, and most non-military airplanes don’t have ‘pins’ in the gear with pennants attached to them when the airplane is on the ground.
3.huh?
