How to make an engine for a model airplane?

I want to make an airplane that really flies. Please tell me how to make an engine that would be light in weight and would be a powerful one. Please name some websites to which I can refer.

Any engine of a moped or motor Cycle serves the purpose. Our mechanical students have developed an air plane, using a Yamaha Motorbike engine, having 135 cc capacity. And another batch made a small plane using a 55 cc moped engine. Try, good luck. ( all engines were not new, but purchased from a mechanic ).
