Amp Brushless

nimh batteries?? can i charge them faster?
i have a 4 nimh batteries 1600mah 6 cell. it takes an hour and a half to charge each battery. i have a duratrax dual charger that charges 2 packs at once independently. i was told not to set the charge rate any higher than 1 amp. but my charger has .8, 1.5, 3, and 5 amp settings. i have been using the 1.5 but it takes a hour and a half or 3 hours to charge all four packs. would it be safe to set it at 3 amps? or even 5 amps. oh and the packs are for a mini revo brushless
never ex ceed the charge rate for the battery you are charging.
I have NiMH that can be completely recharged in 15 minutes, but they are made for hot charging. I also use a battery charger made for heavy output.
If you exceed the specifications, you can cause the battery to burst.

How to install 12v brushless fan to amp?
My amp is in an extremely tight place and everyone on here tells me to put a cheap fan on it so it runs across the fins or what ever but I am very technologically challenged in this department.
If someone could link me to a tutorial on how to connect it to the remote wires or something that would be great. Also would it be better to just go buy a amp cooling kit like http://www.hifisoundconnection.com/Shop/Control/Product/fp/vpid/1563320/vpcsid/0/SFV/30046
??
The best way is to remove the REM wire from the REM connection on the amp. Put the coil of a relay bewteen the REM wire and ground. From the + power off the amp run a wire to the common side of the same relay. Run another wire from the N/O (normally open) side of the relay to the REM connection on the amp.
Now wire the 12 volt fan across the REM connection and ground on the amp. The fan will turn on when the amp does.
All wire should be at least 14 gauge. Any SPST relay will work.

Thanks for your feedback. We often hear that statement, and I used to agree with that as well. What I have learned during my last 13 years in this industry is that many cars…even “domestic” are manufactured globally. For example, Toyota, Nissan, and Honda all have factories in the United States. Ford has plants in Mexico, GM has plants in Cananda. Most of the parts used to assemble our “domestic” vehicles are made in another country and shipped here. The Suzuki Equator is built by Nissan in Tennesee. The same factory that builds all of the Frontiers sold in the U.S. Even cars that are built overseas and shipped to this country are transported by U.S. workers, sold in dealerships emloying Americans, and generate large amounts of revenue that is spent in local economies.
